While Indonesia continues to battle COVID-19 cases, it is beginning to see the light at the end of the pandemic tunnel. On the Forbes 30 Under 30 Indonesia 2022 list, more than 40 Millennials and Gen Zs are working hard to give everyone reason to hope.
Several trends emerged in this year’s list. Most businesses continue to expand and adapt to the pandemic’s changes. Simultaneously, a few have dared to launch businesses in the midst of the crisis, seeing opportunities where others see obstacles.
This magazine has honorees from 14 different sectors in the fourth batch of this prestigious list, in- cluding Consumer Tech, Social Impact, Food & Drink, Retail & Ecommerce, Games, Music, Enterprise Tech, Finance, Venture Capital, Sports, Art, Education, Social Media, and Media.
Forbes Indonesia editors compiled the list based on submissions and research, with three judges: Hermanto Tanoko (Group CEO of Tancorp Abadi Nusantara) and Sabrina and Elena Bensawan (Cofounders of SAAB Shares and alumni of Forbes 30 Under 30 Indonesia 2019). Thus, we hope that our list will encourage other young Indonesians to stay positive and pursue their dreams.
